Free Courier
Free Courier Delivery applicable in the case of order value Rs. 300 and above within Tamil nadu. For Other state Order value Rs. 500 and above free delivery. Few Less profit Products like sugar and salt Courier charges added default with MRP.
Even Coimbatore also Products sent via Local Courier option only, Customer requested to wait for some days to get delivered. Free Products
If your Ordered Products above Rs. 1000 then you will get Free any one Products. Free Products as per the total payment paid by you. Free Product will be decided by the Veena Management and varies time to time.
Retail Discount
10 % Total Discounted automatically Applicable if your order value is more than Rs. 2000 in single order.
Wholesale Discount
27 % Discount applied in case if you Choose 12 Nos on the same products. In that all items in the cart should be 12 Nos each and the total value of the order must be Rs. 5000 or above value.
Dispatch
Dispatched Free courier or usual Courier (Via ST, French express, Indian post Parcel, Shree Anjani..Etc) will be reaching courier to customer 3 to 5 working days with in tamilnadu and for other state 5 to 10 days since parcel sent via road transport. We used to send a Booking slip with tracking details the next day from the dispatched date via whats app to you or the customer.
Next day or Immediate Delivery by Paid Courier
In some customers looking for immediate courier delivery that means next day of the order then the free courier concept did not work out for that we use to send via professional courier within tamilnadu for that Rs. 60 per kg will be charged to the customer. Some customers requesting professional courier alone also applied above courier charges. For other state immediate delivery next two days happened via air mode dispatch and for this Rs. 120 per kg charged for the order. Return Policy
No return policy of purchased products once goods are sent to you or customers. Need to use within 4 months insects inside the products after four or six months. Since its organic products usually after 4 or 6 months later will get insects (ONLY SOME PRODUCT like health mix, cooking powders… etc.) inside the products because of organic.
Returned Courier due to some issues
In some cases, Products not received customer due to unavailability and not picking the phone when the courier boy calling to customer then we use to return from courier office, By that time we use to resend the courier again to same address otherwise new address mention by customer.
Claim
All the material is checked carefully and dispatched from Coimbatore but in some rare cases issues may be happened So that all customers have to take continuous open video if you want to claim any material missed or damage one after receiving material.
